The focus of our retention and acquisition strategies was to strengthen relationships with the people who already know and love the resort as well as build connection with new users.
This was carried out through improving the quality and frequency of email campaigns, texts, social media ads, and regular social media posts, stories, and reels.

With an elevated, cohesive aesthetic and an approachable, modern feel, Bluewood welcomes visitors to experience the mountain like never before.
